Click on a link below to see an overview of the Aquira main areas. Note that your Aquira security settings will determine which areas are available to you.
The Sales area is where you manage your Proposed Contracts and perform your Avails and Yield Analysis.
Avails are the Spot positions in a program on a specific Station, which are available for purchase by an Advertiser. Avails may also be used to refer to the entire Station's available Spot inventory.
Use the Proposed Contracts window to enter and approve Proposed Contracts.
The Traffic area is where you manage your Clients and Contracts and schedule your daily Logs.
Use the Clients window to manage your existing Clients and create new Clients.
Use the Contracts window to manage existing Contracts and create new Contracts for your Advertisers.
The Logs window is where you schedule your commercials, announcements, promos, and other information to create a daily Log for each Station.
Use the Creative window to manage your Copy Scripts and Media.
This is where you create a commercial narrative, assign a Voice-Over Artist or an Automation Code (sometimes known as a Cart number) to interface with a playout system.
The Media defaults are setup in Setup > Global Settings > Global Settings > Media.
Use the Accounting window to manage your accounts receivable.
